Finance, HR, and Marketing are the most popular MBA specializations in India. And because the roles of all three types of managers vary so greatly from one another, it is only natural that each type of manager has his/her own unique set of skills. So if you are pursuing an MBA in HR, here are some indispensable skills you need to have to work effectively and efficiently in your department:



1.    Organization
It is one of the key skills an HR manager must possess and polish. While the top MBA colleges in India can equip you with the know-how of your future role, you have to make assiduous efforts to be organized at your role. This is because HR managers carry the huge responsibility of dealing with the careers of all the employees of an organization.

2.    Multitasking
The bigger the organization, the better you should be at multitasking. There would be days when you’ll have to deal with multiple issues at the same time. Sorting out employees’ complaints and personal issues, granting sudden leaves, negotiating for salary packages- you might have to handle all these activities in a single day, leaving you exhausted.

3.    Good communication

4.    Problem solving attitude
Be it the management or the employees- everyone would come to you for all organization-related issues they may be facing.
